CANCELLATION POLICY
Life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your massage therapy appointment. You must provide at least 24 hours' prior notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in cancellation fee of 100% of the service if it is a no-show, and 50% if rescheduled within 24 hours. Our waiver of a fee in any instance does not constitute an ongoing waiver of a fee in the future.
