CANCELLATION POLICY
Life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your massage therapy appointment. We are very understanding about all life situations and are willing to discuss the events prior to a charge for any cancellations and rescheduling. You must provide at least 24 hours' prior notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee, at our discretion. Our waiver of a fee in any instance does not constitute an ongoing waiver of a fee in the future.
